A vast array of surgical expertise from many specialties is available through the Renown Institute for Cancer including general surgery , thoracic surgery , neuro-surgery , urologic surgery , gynecologic oncology , hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery , and head and neck surgery . The surgeons work very closely with a team of medical oncologists , radiation oncologists , and other specialists to assure coordination of treatment , planning , and care from diagnosis to post-surgery .
