CONTINUED... Too many times I see trainers putting people on the programs that they do themselves, despite the person having different goals. This really frustrates me. Like when I see an extremely overweight 40 year old mom that just wants to build a small amount of muscle consistently failing a one rep max deadlift and having the trainer yell at them to do it no matter what. 3 THEY DO NOT FOCUS SOLELY ON THE “SEXY MUSCLES”. They focus on every aspect of fitness. This means not only doing endless sets of kickbacks to build those glutes but working on stability, mobility, core strength, Central Nervous System efficiency and most importantly training the mind in order to see this as a new lifestyle as opposed to a temporary solution. 3 4 THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR RESULTS AS MUCH AS YOU DO. If you have a trainer that cares about your results, this can make a world of difference. This means having someone who is punctual, professional, understanding, is willing to adjust things and who wants to see you succeed. What does it matter if you have an elite level trainer if they do not care about how well you do?
