Excuse 4 - No Idea How To Do It
I can’t believe people still try to use this excuse! In a time
where information about everything is everywhere, no one
can use ignorance as an excuse anymore.
Success leaves clues, and all you have to do is look for
them.

No matter what you’re trying to achieve, there’s going to be
someone out there who has done it already, or at least
something similar. Go online and search. There’s going to
be a website with information. And if there’s someone
specific you want to learn from, don’t be afraid to ask them
for guidance.
For physique competitors, you can get information by
reading this and past issues of the CPA Magazine, read the
CPA website, speak with a CPA Ambassador, and search
the countless competition related websites on the internet.
Or if you want to save yourself time and do what most of
the top IFBB Pro and CPA Amateur competitors do, reach
out to a reputable Coach like myself who can provide you
the most current and accurate information about the sport
and the contest preparation process. 
Conclusion
It is a new month. It is a new year. The time is now to stop letting your excuses get in the
way. The time is now make the commitment and to TAKE ACTION!
