We make declarations to change our ways, we make announcements that we are going to take ourselves to a new level, and we proclaim that this New Year will bring a new you! With all of this hype and excitement, why then do many of us fail to achieve our goals? And more specifically for you, the aspiring physique competitor - why do you not make it to the stage? The answer is simple – you create reasons why you shouldn’t do it. You accept bull sh*t excuses as your reality and stop yourself even before you get started! Well, today I am going to examine some common excuses we create for ourselves and help you smash past them and live with NO MORE EXCUSES!
