Life is an adventure. We all have good
days and bad days. We can deal with
pretty much anything and not lose a
step. But sometimes life can throw us a
bomb – the loss of a job, the break-up of
a committed relationship, or the loss of a
loved one – that can completely derail
us. What happens if a major tragedy
occurs while you’re in preparation for a
show?During my years as a Prep Coach,

Don’t Dwell On What Was
Once you know what has happened, accept it
and understand that nothing can change
now. Instead of dwelling on something you
can’t change, it’s better to focus on what’s
ahead. Ask what can you appreciate, learn,
and apply to your life from this event moving
forward.
Don’t Go Hide In A Hole
