Amer Kamra, is the owner of Hammer Fitness,.
Hammer Fitness is an online coaching company
and contest prep service- home to countless clients
and athletes that ALL compete in the Canadian
Physique Alliance.
Amer had been competing since 2007, while
earning his degree in Architectural Engineering,
and on the side ‘prepping’ friends for shows.
Amer has worked with over 1000 clients since 2008
and has coached multiple athletes into earning
their IFBB pro cards in Mens Physique,
Bodybuilding, Fitness and Bikini.  
Hammer Fitness is now a proud member and
home to the Canadian Physique Alliance.
When asked “why Hammer Fitness clients only.
Compete with the CPA” his response was “We want
our clients and coaches to test themselves against
the best of the best”.

I, like many, found bodybuilding at a
very dark time in my life, when things
needed to change.  I wasn’t happy with
myself, my life or my choices. My health
and body reflected that.  What started as
a means to exhaust myself to cope with
emotions morphed into a passion for
growth and challenge.  This gave me self
empowerment and ability to gain control
over my life and even more importantly,
 my health!  It drove me to find a way to
“bridge the gap” between people like my
former obese self, who are on the
outside looking in.
Fast forward to coaching for 7 years now
and competing for over 10, going from
obese to a light heavy weight
bodybuilder, growing into a heavy
weight and then even further as a super
heavy weight, seeing the national level
