Warwick has released the Gnome , Gnome i , and Gnome i Pro ultracompact bass amplifier heads .
The Gnome amp heads were developed to offer transparent , crisp , and noise-free performance combined with an ultra-portable , lightweight design in an affordable and reliable amp . The threeband EQ with +/ -15dB cut / boost per band offers a lot of options to shape the sound according to the player ’ s own ideas and the balanced post-EQ XLR DI output with switchable ground lift offers an easy way to use the Warwick Gnome for live gigs or studio recordings . Silent practicing is also possible if the speaker output is disconnected and headphones are used .
Additionally , the Warwick Gnome i offers an easy-to-use USB audio interface without any special driver or software requirements . The top-of-the-line Gnome i Pro model delivers all the features of the others on a higher output level of 280 W at 4 ohms , compared to 200 W at 4 Ohm for the Gnome and Gnome i .

Dean Guitars has introduced the Edge Pro Select basses , which are available in four- , five- , and six-string models .
The Edge Pro Select ’ s body is made from swamp ash with either walnut or burled poplar sides in natural satin finishes . The satin finish is an ideal choice for the smooth contours of the body . The simple aesthetic is balanced by dome black knobs and black hardware . They feature a bolt-on neck with dual-action truss rod to ensure stability for the five-piece maple walnut neck , which offers enhanced note articulation . The four- and five-string models have a traditional 34-in . scale neck while the six-string utilizes a 35-in . scale length to balance intonation and string tension for the lowest and most unique tunings . Each model has a comfortable C-shaped neck with 24 frets and a 12-in . radius , along with an ebony fretboard with pearloid dot inlays . Each Edge Pro Select has a unique nut width depending on the model : 1.5-in . ( EP4 ), 1 7 / 8-in . ( EP5 ), and a sizable 2 1 / 8-in . ( EP6 ). Grover tuners on the headstock assist with precise and consistent tuning .
