Dennis Garces, President

Dennis Garces has held many roles throughout the last 25 years of his career. As senior executive in the Entertainment Industry at A&M, PolyGram, Universal, Sony Music and BMG Music US and Somerset Group North America, he developed strategic marketing campaigns and brand partnerships that involved a multitude of global artists, including Celine Dion, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley, Eminem, Maroon 5, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.

Garces was involved in the marketing and development of such brands as American Idol, Barbie Music series for Mattel, the Fisher-Price children’s music series and the Grammy Awards music series. At MTHRTY, a social publishing agency, he worked with a variety of industries developing social media strategies and implementing numerous campaigns on behalf of such global clients as Sony Music, Universal Pictures, Proctor & Gamble, SAB Miller, Toyota, Lexus, Rogers Wireless, Disney, Walmart and AT&T.

Garces helped found InsightAction Inc., a privately held data analytics company with clients such as Direct Energy, Brown Forman, Chrysler and Nestle. In addition, he has served as an advisor for several investors, media-tech and fin-tech start-ups

Mark Asselin, Chief Technology Officer

Marc Asselin is the Founder and President of mLabs, a software development consulting company. He has over 20 years in software development, architecture and management. In addition to mLabs, Asselin founded Voler, a UAV based imaging company for the construction and surveying industry. Previously, Asselin served as Vice Chairman for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Florida and also served as an Advisory Board Member with EDC of South Florida. His specialties include C#, .NET, MVC, Bootstrap, JQuery, Azure, SQL Server 2000-2012, SQL Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, WPF, WCF, OLAP, SOA, Web API, SaaS, OOD, Oracle, mobile development, REST APIs and web services, NUI, Kinect SDK, OpenNI + NITE, C, C++, Java, 3D Motion Capture and mobile development, including Android and Apple platforms.
