Seattle’s most iconic attraction - filled with tasty treats. The Space Needle towers over
the Seattle Skyline with 360 degree views of Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound, the Olympic and
Cascade Mountains and the beautiful city of Seattle.
Whidbey Scenic Isle Way - Located just one hour from Seattle, and a Washington
State ferry ride away from the mainland or a journey over Deception Pass Bridge.
Experience “island life”, fine art studios, galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, wineries
and microbreweries.
Everett - home to the largest public marina on the West Coast and the place where
Boeing jets are assembled (you can take a tour). A walkable town with many restaurants
downtown and along with restaurants the marina hosts waterfront concerts and farmers
markets in summer.
Winthrop - feel like you’re stepping back in time with wooden boardwalks, restaurants
and Washington State’s first legal saloon. Home of the Spring Creek Suspension Bridge
which will reward you with nice river views, bald eagles and spawning salmon in the
fall. Golfing and shopping opportunities close by, and hosts the annual Rhythm and
Blues festival in mid-august.
Mount Vernon - an array of shopping, dining options and hand-crafted alehouses.
Mount Vernon also has a couple of very nice performing arts venues - the historic
Lincoln Theatre downtown and the McIntyre Hall Performing Arts & Conference Centre.
Skagit Valley - famous for its tulip fields and host to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival,
you can take in the daffodils, tulips and irises by foot, bicycle, tour bus or even by
helicopter. Winter brings snow geese and swans to blanket the fields.
