Canada / FULLY ESCORTED TOURING
8 Day Inuit Festivals and the Road to the Arctic
Reindeer Crossing, Inuvik – Jason van Bruggen
This tour visits two of Canada’s northernmost provinces, the Yukon and the
Northwest Territories. You will see the frozen Arctic tundra, herd reindeer,
meet the Inuit communities of Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Coast and in Inuvik,
participate in the opening ceremony of Inuvik’s Springtime Muskrat Jamboree,
and see the geological wonders of pingos, all with an expert local guide. Along
the way you will experience many cultural displays, travel in a comfortable
heated bus, and make memories that will stay with you forever. Suitable winter
clothing is provided by Anderson Vacations and included on this tour.
