Independent Travel Packages
These itineraries give you the flexibility to create your own tailor-made vacation . They are perfect for the traveller who likes to travel independently but have it pre-arranged . Through our experience we combine local transportation , sightseeing , accommodation , activities and attractions together to ensure you have the best possible experience for your budget and time .
Self-Drive Packages
Self-drive is a great way to explore at your own pace and it gives you the flexibility to access areas that local tours or public transportation do not go . Driving in Canada is easy – the roads are well-maintained and clearly marked , making for excellent driving conditions . We combine your car rental with pre-arranged accommodation , activities and sightseeing , ensuring you don ’ t miss out on anything but giving you time to explore at your leisure .
City Breaks and Mini-Packages
We have put together these packages to provide you with great suggestions of what you can do when you are visiting each city or destination . We will link these together with a train , coach , flight or car to create your own custom itinerary .
Fully Escorted Travel
We present to you in this brochure a selection of the wide range of fully escorted tours that we can offer . Customized Group Touring
Whether you are a special interest , sports , student , family or small group travelling together , our group specialist team can assist you with pre-planning your itinerary . This includes your accommodation , sightseeing , transportation , local guides , meals , and unique experiences . We will plan your tour efficiently and professionally .
Small Group Touring
Becoming increasingly popular is small group touring . On many of our itineraries we limit the group size to 20 participants . This allows you to have a more intimate experience , make new friends and avoid the inconveniences of travelling with a large group of co-travellers . You see more at an easier pace , enjoy the peace and quiet of that special place you ’ ve always dreamed of , and actually hear the local guide ! With small group travel , you can easily venture “ off the beaten path ,” or visit interesting places while getting around by special means .
Accommodation Options
The vast majority of our accommodation choices reflect our clients ’ desire for clean , well-located , 3 and 4-star properties with private bathroom facilities . We feature a variety of accommodations , from city hotels to boutique and adventure lodges . Many itineraries feature a choice of moderate , superior and deluxe category options . Should the accommodation of your preferred category be unavailable , we will suggest suitable alternatives . Though all our hotels , inns and lodges are carefully chosen , our tours are not about accommodation . Hotels are for laying down your weary head ; they shouldn ’ t be the main focus on tour .
Unique Lodges and Wildlife
Canada and Alaska feature an array of wildlife such as moose , bear , orca , beluga whales and polar bears . You can choose to stay in very unique lodges which allow up close and personal sightings of wildlife in their natural habitat .
Ranches
Join us in the foothills of Alberta , British Columbia and the Rocky Mountains for a ranch experience with the many ranchers who live and work in these regions . We can offer a taste of life in rural Canada or even a week-long horseback trip , riding alongside the cowboys .
