Our Tour Leaders and Guides
When travelling with our guides, you will be travelling with your very own talking
encyclopedia. Our Tour Leaders are there to bring Canada, the USA and Alaska to
life for you. With years of invaluable experience and a passion for North America,
they will not only ensure you are logistically guided through your tour with ease,
they will also inspire you with their knowledge and always go the extra mile to
enhance your holiday.
Itinerary Planning
Our product development team has been working together on planning itineraries
in Canada for close to 20 years. We are very passionate and proud of North America
as a travel destination. We have personally experienced the destinations and
work consistently on ensuring each itinerary allows you to get the best possible
experience with the time you have in each region. We are constantly researching
new itineraries and ideas to surprise, inspire and grow with our travellers.
Accommodation
We select our accommodation based on the location, ensuring that you are
within the heart of the destination. The grade of the accommodation is 3½
star to 4 star, which can vary slightly depending on the area. When we go into

remote or smaller towns we book the best possible accommodation available.
Though all our hotels, inns and lodges are carefully chosen, our tours are not
about accommodation. Hotels are for laying down your weary head after a day of
memorable travel experiences; they shouldn’t be the main focus on tour. A full list
of the accommodation on each tour is available on request.
Small Group Touring
Becoming increasingly popular is Small Group Touring. On many of our itineraries
we work with smaller vehicles and driver guides and limit the group size to 20
participants. This allows the group to have a more intimate experience, make
new friends and avoid the inconveniences of travelling with a large group of co-
travellers. You see more at an easier pace, enjoy the peace and quiet of that special
place you’ve always dreamed of, and actually hear the local guide! With small group
travel, you can easily venture “off the beaten path,” or visit interesting places while
getting around by special means. Small Group Touring features activities that will
enrich your travel memories and minimize the time at sightseeing stops, allowing
the group to see more or arrive at their destination earlier.
Customized Group Touring
Whether you are a special interest, sports, student, family or small group
travelling together, our group specialist team can assist you with pre-planning
your itinerary. This includes your accommodation, sightseeing, transportation,
local guides, meals, and unique experiences. We will logistically operate your tour
efficiently and professionally.
Transportation
In addition to our commitment to service, we utilize some of the most modern
motor coaches in Canada. We can provide sedans, limousines, touring vans, and
21, 29 or 56 passenger coaches. On the larger coaches, we provide late model
coaches equipped with the latest amenities including TV/DVD, public address
system, stereo, restroom and reclining seats.
