GROUNDWORKS
Drainage is being installed
including toilets and
rainwater drainage. Drains
are installed at depths of
up to 4m. Further services
including electricity, gas and
water will follow.
POWER
A new substation is
being constructed at
the rear of the new
campus on the railway
boundary. This will
replace the existing
sub station on Hill
Street. The switch over
willl be at the end of
November.
EXTERIOR
Brick work is now complete
and two types of cladding
are going on: Black PPC and
Silver Alucobond. Windows
and wall glazing are almost
complete. In late September,
air handling units were
located on roof plant decks.
Atrium inverted roof and
roof lights are making great
progress.
