Safety
Even though our summer is filled with fun, safety is
our number one priority. Our safety measures at Camp
Hilbert include a security guard on premises, a Certified
EMT on staff, Red Cross-trained lifeguards and certified
Water Safety Instructors leading instructional swim, continued
application of sunscreen, frequent water breaks, as well as altered
schedules on extremely hot days. Staff members for all of our camps are
CPR/First Aid-trained and are required to pass a background check. Safety
measures at Camp Ganim include MAT trained staff (Medication Administration
Training), a security guard on the premises, and Red Cross-trained lifeguards and water
safety instructors.

Lunch & Snacks
Your child should pack a dairy (meat and shellfish free) lunch, as well as a water bottle. Specialty Camps also require a snack.
Snacks and lunches are refrigerated prior to eating, but sending them in an insulated pack is helpful. Camp Hilbert campers are
provided with one dairy kosher afternoon snack. Meals are not required to be nut-free, but those with nut allergies will be seated in
nut-free areas.
After-Care (Camp Hilbert and Specialty Camps)
After-care is supervised fun to provide more flexibility to your summer schedule, and is open to all full-day campers in Camp Hilbert
and Specialty Camps. Available from 5-6PM, Monday through Friday, the cost is $25 per week (this charge does not apply to 12-month
families). Pre-registration is required and due by June 15.
Registration
Members only can register in person on Camp Registration Day on Sunday, February 4 from 12-2PM and receive 10% off.
(This does not apply to 12-month families.) Member Priority for registration opens late January through the 4th and is then open
to the public starting February 5. For full registration details, see page 28.
