Tier 3 offers the highest degree of difficulty to prepare
people for a life-long commitment to reaching the nations
for Christ. We provide extensive pre-trip training in the
areas of vision, experience,
education, and leadership to
prepare each team member
for greater responsibility on
the trip. Each team will learn
about various ways of living as
a cross-cultural worker, often
in a closed country or with an
unreached people group, as
well as ways that we can serve
as senders.

At this level, we continue to
prepare you while helping
you transition into crosscultural ministry through
mid-term opportunities and
vocational guidance.
Mid-term: Aligning
individuals with serving
and close mentoring by
a cross-cultural worker.
Opportunities range from
1 to 23 months.
Vocational: Walking through
the process of becoming a
cross-cultural worker with Calvary’s Mission Department.

Get away from the daily grind and
experience a weekend of spiritual
refreshment at beautiful Gull Lake
Ministries Conference Center. You’ll
have plenty of time to rest and play
– using the large gym, game room,
indoor rock climbing wall, bowling
alley, bonfire pit, and more.
Together we will take time to
worship God and be inspired to
