Prayer Walking
Lift your neighbors to Christ as you walk and / or drive through the streets of your neighborhood . Take time during your lunch break at work to prayer walk around your building or office complex . This is a quiet exercise of intercessory prayer . If there are other Christians you can walk with , engage in conversational prayer as you walk . We are not drawing attention to ourselves in any way but lifting those around us to the attentions of our gracious God .

Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be Thy name
• Praise God as you begin .
• Use the alphabet as your guide : God you are almighty , abundant . God you are benevolent , big , beside me …
Thy Kingdom come
• Acknowledge the Lordship of Christ over your neighborhood .
• Visualize a spotlight shining into each house you pass . Let it represent a picture of God ’ s love drawing your neighbors to Him .
• Pray for salvation and spiritual awakening !
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
• Pray for God ’ s will to be accomplished in the neighborhood or workplace .
• Pray for homes that are for sale : that God will move in those hungry to know Christ or vibrant believers who will join you as a witness .
Give us this day our daily bread
• Pray for the provision of basic needs for each family .
• Visualize a sprinkler of blessing covering each home .
