Team Member Training
As we gear up for another great year of
ministry in Calvary Kids we would like
to invite you to join us for a time of encouragement as we cast our vision for
the 2015-2016 ministry year and a time
of training as we review our policy and
procedures. We will also be discussing
our vital role in taking care of the many
children God has placed in our ministry
and how we are partnering with other
ministries to create a safe, healthy and
caring environment for all children.
Choose either date to attend:
• Wednesday, September 9, 6:008:00pm in room 129, dinner will
be served
• Saturday, September 12, 9:0011:00am in room 129, breakfast
will be served

Promotion Sunday
Sunday, September 13
Promotion Sunday is the day your students officially move up a grade. This
means for any student in Children’s
Ministry up to High School you will go
to the next grade. For example, incoming 5th grade students will go to 5th/6th
Ministry. This is the day we look forward
to seeing all your new faces and welcoming you into our ministries.

Let’s end the summer with a celebration at the 3 Mile Project! Complete
with reball, basketball, volleyball, a
skate park, video games and a cafe, we
will have the place all to ourselves. Plan
on eating dinner before you come, or
bring money for snacks from the 3 Mile

fellow fifth/sixth graders! There will
be time for fun, time to fellowship and
time to learn about God.

We are going to experience the
All-American pastime, baseball! All
5th/6th grade students are welcome.
Register by noon on Friday, August 14
at mycalvarygr.org.
In the event of rain, we will do an
alternate activity within the same time
frame. We will transport the students in
the Calvary vans with approved drivers.
*You may bring additional money for snacks
and/or souvenirs.
