Volunteers are needed!
NEIGHBORS INTERNATIONAL, Calvary Church's International College Student Ministry is growing!
Friendship Families/Partners are needed to befriend international students by sharing their time, life
and concern for a student so that the student may experience the love of Jesus Christ. After receiving
the name of your student you are responsible to:
• Contact the student within one week and arrange for your first meeting.
• Meet the student at least once a month and phone or email each week.
• Pray regularly for your student.
• Share any prayer concerns, praises, or problems with the Friendship Family/Partner Coordinator.
• Plan fun activities to do with your student or invite them to your home.

Note: There will be a mandatory new volunteer training September 25, 7:00pm in preparation for our
Citywide International College student dinner at the Grand Rapids Public Museum on Thursday, October 6.
We will also be available for sign-ups at Calvin on Sundays, September 11 and 18.
