Marriage Mentoring Ministry
Engaged or young couples attending
Calvary are highly encouraged to expe-
rience marriage mentoring with expe-
rienced older couples who have been
trained to provide marriage mentoring.
Mentoring requires a one year commit-
ment. Mentee couples take the Pre-
pare/Enrich Relationship Inventory and
then meet ten times over the course
of a year with their mentor couple. In
these meetings couples together go
through their inventory report with a fo-
cus on their relationship strengths and
growth areas, strengthening relation-
ship skills and learning new skills, and
learning from the marriage experience
of the mentor couple as they share
about their own marriage. For more

Testaments. Here we learn about God,
man and nature in their mutual rela-
tionships. The Creator and Controller
of the universe reveals himself as the
Lord and Judge of history, which has
both a purpose and a goal. Concepts
of covenant and grace, election and
redemption permeate God’s saving ac-
tivity to overcome the consequences of
evil and sin. These great doctrines of
creation, sin and salvation trace their
beginnings to this remarkable book.
