CALLING FOR PARENTS
PROMOTIONS
Upon signing a child into the nursery (see
procedure on facing page), the parent or
guardian will be asked for their location while
their child is in our care. If the parent is in
the Sanctuary or Chapel, the number will be
displayed on the digital call boxes located at
the front of those areas.
Postcards are mailed to inform parents when
their child is to be promoted to the next age
group.
If the parent is in a location other than those
two areas, a team member will go to that
location to get the parent. Parents may request
a pager if their children have a severe allergy or
if they are in a classroom or location where they
can’t see the number board.
CHANGING TABLES
SNACKS
Plain Cheerios are provided in the nursery
rooms. If your child requires a different snack
(due to a food allergy), please provide a
nut-free snack each week in a sealed, labeled
baggie.

Children who turn three years old by Sept. 1
will be promoted to the Three-year-olds class
as a group each September.
