suddenly at the end of July
2017.
At the end of the 2016-17
year Calvary was supporting 4
missionaries of retirement age,
and 52 active missionary units
representing 29 countries, and
31 agencies, involved in the
following areas of minist ry:
Sales

Students (7 units)
12% Administrative/

48% Evangelism,
Discipleship, & Church
Planting (25 units)
27% Leadership
Development
In order to invest in new opportunities God is giving us, we have decreased
our monthly support for some workers slightly. Each of those chosen has been
receiving overall donations greater than their actual, agency-specified need.
We have communicated to them that the reduction in no way reduces our com-
mitment to partnership in their work through prayer and encouragement.

Tanner & Kelsey, India
On March 26, 2017, we
commissioned Tanner and Kelsey
for missionary service to India.
After only a few years at Calvary,
their passion for unreached
peoples and for the nation of
India was evident. While here,
they were involved with Business
for Transformation, Neighbors
International, and women’s
health care. In four short months
on the field, they have been
involved in language and cultural
acquisition, and have already
had an impact on those around
them.

Daniel Godwin,
Camp Beechpoint
Jon & Kris Shepherd’s support
for the 2017-18 year will be
increased from $600 to $700
per month.
Even though Daniel grew up and
attended college in Alabama,
quite by accident he discovered
Camp Beechpoint right here
in Allegan, Michigan, and that
changed the direction of his
future. While in architecture
school, he served at Camp
Beechpoint during summers and
now, ten years later, is in full-time
ministry at the camp. Daniel has
also served right here at Calvary
in youth ministry, and connected
with Pastor Bruce to go through
our Cross Training program for
missionary service. Daniel’s
love for kids and for Jesus is
clear, and God is using those
passions for His glory at Camp
Beechpoint.
Shaun Weldon,
Unified Underground
Shaun grew up in a Christian
home, and accepted the Lord
as a young person, but turned
his back on Christianity in
his later teen years. Through
