MSM by the numbers 5/6 grade students spent three days in inner city Grand Rapids learning how to share the love of Jesus in both word and deed to those in need. MSM students had the opportunity to memorize over 25 verses as a part of Wednesday nights. + MSM students spent over 800 minutes in small groups being mentored, building relationships, and learning more about Systematic Theology on Wednesday nights. MSM students studied the Red Letters of Jesus this past year on Sunday Mornings. 29 7/8 grade students and leaders traveled over 300 miles to serve, build relationships, and share the Gospel with those in Louisville, KY area where 1 person prayed to receive Christ. A group of our 7/8 grade students spent a weekend in Chicago on a trip called Dare2Share learning more about what the Gospel is and how to share it with their family and friends. Over 100 bags were sent to either a 5/6 or 7/8 grade overnight fall retreat where students laughed together as they built stronger relationships with each other and God. HSM by the numbers 85 people attended the summer missions trip in Chicago. 25 students spent 3 days camping with pastor Jim. 20 students baptized! students God has been faithful. This past year God has shown up in some amazing ways. We’ve seen God answer prayer significantly and specifically in the lives of our students. Our leaders have invested their lives and time to help our students grasp what it truly means to become more like Christ. Many of our students have taken it upon themselves to place God first and the needs of others above their own wants and desires.
