In August, the Southern Region Sectional Officer Leadership Summit was held at Cal Poly Pomona. Sectional officers learned icebreakers and participated in the workshops presented by the state officers, national candidate, and Dr. Miller to prepare for their year of service. We even introduced our theme, “Strike A Spark, Ignite Your Passion.” Throughout everyone’s journey, they will encounter a time where they’ll capture something as a motive, a stepping-stone, or better yet, a spark. A spark will guide, set a goal, and ignite a passion that burns bright. This year, the regional officer team’s passion is to help members find their very own spark!
