California FFANEWS • Early Summer 2015
Your 2014-15
California State FFA Officers
2014-2015 California State FFA President
California FFA, thank you for an incredible year.
Throughout my team’s adventures, we traveled
to every corner of the State, but what made
those experiences memorable was the people
we met along the way. Moments like seeing
the smiles on you faces as you received your
State Degrees, laughing with you at your favorite
restaurants, and watching how state conference
impacted your lives will stay with me forever. I
love FFA even more after this year because of
you. Time and time again you have showed my
team that our organization’s impact lasts way
beyond this year of service. We are so fortunate
because we know that even though our time in
the Association jacket is coming to an end, it’s
future is in your hands. Thanks for the laughs, the friendships, and the memories! We can’t wait
to see where life takes you.

2014-2015 California State FFA Vice President
When I reflect back on the last year with you
California FFA, a huge smile immediately crosses
my face. I am truly grateful and blessed to have
had the experience to serve all 76,000 of you.
I wish there were enough words to sum up how
happy, appreciative, honored, and humbled I
am, but instead; I will stick to the two simple
words of “thank you.” California FFA, thank
you for a year filled with incredible memories,
laughter, love, tons of travel, and even greater
people. Thank you for opening up your homes
to my teammates and me during Chapter Visit
season, for chanting “WATER” as loudly as
possible at an ALA, or for great conversations
at COLC’s. In addition, thank you for giving me
the opportunity to serve alongside my five teammates who have now become my family. As
your school year begins to wind down and no matter whether you’re a graduating senior or a
freshman about to embark on sophomore year, I hope you continue to reach out and grab your
potential. My biggest request from this year is that you never forget how special you are and that
you can do anything you set your mind to. I hope that in the next stage of your life you use the
skills you acquired from this year, or the last four years, and use them to better yourself, others,
and the agriculture industry. Once again, I am incredibly grateful for this last year. I love all of you
more than you know and I thank you so much for this year of service and this lifetime of friendship.
Respectfully,
Haley Warner
