PEAL TOH OF PEARL'S CREATIONS
Pearl Toh of Pearl’s Creations has
made a name for herself in the
Australian Cake Industry for her
handcrafted sugar figurines. Her
simple, clean-cut style lends it-
self to a wide variety of wedding,
birthday, and other celebra-tion
cakes.
Pearl has been creative with many
different mediums for as long as
she can recall. In 2013, she dis-
covered that there were many
ways to be creative in the kitchen
as well after having been intro-
duced to cake decorating.
Finding her strengths in figurine
modelling, Pearl has created well
over 500 sugar figurines for oth-
ers to adorn their own cakes over
the last 3 years. Be-ing equipped
with the knowledge of packing
figurines for safe travel, Pearl has
been able to service customers
Australia wide.
Naturally, Pearl was approached
on many occasions asking for
her to teach others. So she runs
private classes upon requests at
her licensed and in-sured home
studio/kitchen located in Hornsby
Heights, NSW.
In June 2018, Pearl became the
first Cake Dutchess Instructor ap-
pointed in Australia. Armed with
her own designs as well as Cake
Dutchess designs, Pearl now sets
about creating classes/workshops/
courses to run in the near future.
