UK cake designer Louise Vincent is known for her
incredible hand-painted cakes. Lou’s attention
to detail and flair for realism sets her apart, and
her cake designs are fast becoming instantly
recognisable. We spoke to Lou about how she
discovered painting on cakes, and what’s next for
her business.
HOW DID YOU GET IN TO CAKE DECORATING?
We used to always make ‘patty cakes’ or ‘fairy
cakes’. They were so delicious and I loved being
able to lick the spatula!
