The snowman Step 51: For the snowman you can use some fondant that has had tylose added to it, or you can use modelling paste. Roll out two balls and attach them together with a cocktail stick or some dry spaghetti. Use a small balling tool mark in the eyes and the buttons. With the larger end of a piping nozzle, mark in the mouth and add dots to the corners. Roll out black fondant balls and place in the button and eye sockets. Paint a white dot onto the eyes. Roll out an orange carrot and stick on the carrot nose using a bit of water or sugar glue. Make the green and red hat and scarf. For extra detail use the fabric texture sheet. Roll some modelling paste onto the end of a cocktail stick or piece of spaghetti. Cut out the stick fingers at the end. Repeat again for the other arm. Leave to set before attaching the arms.
