RICE KRISPIE TREAT MIX RECIPE
Step 4:
Melt 50g of unsalted
butter in a large
saucepan over a low
heat. Add 200g of
marshmallows and stir
constantly until melted.
Stir for a further minute.
Remove from the heat
and add 160g of cereal
and stir well until
coated.
Step 5:
Once the RKT has cooled a little, spray oil onto
your hands and start moulding the RKT into the
desired head and body shapes. Wrap them in cling
wrap and leave them to cool.

Cover the pre-made RKT mix body in grey fondant
Using grey fondant, model some cheeks, a chin and a snout and place onto
the RKT head. Use your thumbs to press in some eye sockets. Roll out some
fondant and place over the top of the head. Using a ball tool press
in the mouth, and make
indentations at the
corner of the mouth.
