RICE KRISPIE TREAT MIX RECIPE Step 4: Melt 50g of unsalted butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. Add 200g of marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Stir for a further minute. Remove from the heat and add 160g of cereal and stir well until coated. Step 5: Once the RKT has cooled a little, spray oil onto your hands and start moulding the RKT into the desired head and body shapes. Wrap them in cling wrap and leave them to cool.
