Step 7:
Insert the ball of white
fondant on the end of the
hat where the cocktail
stick is.
Step 8:
Use a ball tool or Sugar Shaper and start pressing
around the areas where it’s white to create texture.
Leave it to dry overnight and it is ready to be used!

Attach hat to the koala, add a leaf to one
hand and a present in the other!
