Cut the strip out first. Then place the template on
the end. Cut the excess using the box
cutter blade.
Apply sugar syrup to the
ganache, use a small brush
near the centre. Apply the top first, ensuring
the tip meets the centre.
Gently attach the remaining
strip down the cake. Use your acetate again to
blend the seems together.
Add the words 'Ho Ho Ho'
using cutters of your choice
and paint with some shimmer
