Step 120:
Go back over the middle
of the batons to create a
crease being careful not
to tear the fondant.

Trim.

Fold over the front edge to cover the side batons and
trim the messy edges.

Do both sides and mark
screw holes using piping
tip 4.

Cut a fondant strip 1 inch
by 6 ½ inch or the length
of the roof.

Let form over a wood
skewer for a few minutes.

Attach and mark nail
holes.

Protect your work with
cling film to paint the roof.

Mix silver powder with
decorator’s alcohol.

Paint the roof.

To make rust mix red,
orange and a tiny bit
of brown with a bit of
decorator’s alcohol. You
want it runny enough to
run, but not too thin.
