They worked so hard in secret, for hours on end prior to the
three day event, to plan the structure, organise materials
and create sugar decorations to adorn the chapel. To give
you some idea of how mammoth this project was, we needed more than 80L of ganache and 160kg of fondant!
The team worked frantically as we had less than 48 hours to
create the chapel. There was no room for error, as our stunning chapel wasn’t just for show!
