Wedding Vow:

Wrap the strip around
the can and leave to dry
thoroughly. Do the exact
same procedure to make
the other ring.
Roll a small amount
of gum paste to
approximately 1/16”
(2mm) thickness using a
non-stick rolling pin and
petal board.
Place the gum paste on
top of the Alphabet mat
and roll the rolling pin until
the sides perforates. If

Use a needle tool to lift
the letters off of the mat.
It is a good practice to cut
and lay out all the letters
needed and arrange the
words on a mat to check
for spelling errors.
Use a Horizontal
Ribbon Guide that is
the appropriate height
to where you wanted
to place the letters.
Horizontal Ribbon Guide
are strips of foam in ½”
increments that helps
in attaching horizontal
ribbons around a cake. If
you don’t have this tool,
you may use strips of
cardboards to the length
of the circumference of
your cake.
Attach the letters using
edible glue on the side of
the cake.
