We recently attended SoFlo Cake & Candy Expo in Miami,
Florida, with a group of Australian decorators and businesses.
Over 4,300 attendees from around the world came out to the
Miami Airport Convention Center to shop for the weekend, and
almost 2,000 of those attendees took classes with SoFlo’s
talented instructors.
During the expo, featured guest Yolanda Gampp, of How To
Cake It, was on site signing books and hosted an Emoji
Challenge stage demo with unsuspecting attendees from the
crowd.
In addition, special guest Sweetapolita, the sprinkle queen,
collaborated with SoFlo & The Sugar Factory on a limited
edition SoFlo Cake n' Shake, which will be available through
the month of May.
