You will need:
• Ball tool
• Blade tool
• Small scissors
• Water brush
• Soft brush
Step 9:
• White petal dust
Snap the toothpick
in half and insert into
head where ears were
positioned before
attaching ears onto the
toothpick and to the head
with a touch of water in
between ears and head.
• Skewer x1
• Toothpick x1
• 6mm Sugar balls x2
• Fondant - 4 shades
(dark brown, red/brown, light brown & grey)

Attach the limbs of the
teddy to its body with a
touch of water. Attach the ‘buttons’ to the
teddy’s body with a touch
of water.
Insert the skewer down
the middle of the teddy’s
body before attaching
its head over the skewer
onto the body. Apply a
touch of water between
head and body.

Create the following
shapes with coloured
fondant, representing
parts of the teddy.
Start with the Teddy’s
‘nose’ and ‘head’. Apply
a touch of water with the
water brush and attach
the ‘nose’ to the head.
Create a dent with the
ball tool for the nose.
Using the blade tool,
score a vertical line from
dent down the middle of
the ‘nose’, and then two
curves on either side of
the vertical line.
Step 4:
Use the ball tool to create
2 dents in the head, on
either side of the ‘nose’.
Step 14:
Using edible ink pens in
brown and red, mark the
buttons and inside ear
accordingly. Then dust
the whole teddy with white
petal dust to accentuate
its fur.
Step 13:
Use the small scissors
to make small fast snips
multiple times to the teddy
all over except for the
‘nose’, buttons and inside
ears.

Apply a touch of water
with the water brush to
the dents and attach the
sugar balls for eyes. Roll the small dark brown
ball of fondant and attach
to indent for nose. Prepare the ears. Position the ears on the
head.
