Step 15:
Carve and ice cake. Cut hole into cake for wire. Carve sides into shape. Place
cake onto plate. A small straw should be placed over wire portion.
Ice with buttercream or ganache.
Step 16:
Add fettuccine. Tint
fondant pale ivory. Roll
out and cut into quarter
inch strips. Arrange onto
iced cake.
