Make Broccoli. Shape pale green fondant into
broccoli shape using hands, scrub brush for tops,
and modeling tools for stems.
Step 8:
Airbrush broccoli.
Airbrush top-mid section
green. Add darker green
(green and brown mix)
to tops. Lightly mist
yellow to entire broccoli,
leaving stem ends not
airbrushed.
