Step 6:
Once all ovals are cut,
you will be left with
sections of wafer paper
along the bottom and
sides that can be cut into
strips like so
Step 10:
Use just a bit of water on
the bottom only, to allow
it to hold its shape as you
are rolling
Step 7:
Fold longer strip in half
Step 11:
Continue to roll
Step 8:
Using scissors, cut fringe
all along the top side
towards the folded side
– TIP do NOT cut straight
through the fold
Step 9:
Take final strip and begin
to roll it up to use for the
centre of your lotus
Step 12:
Dab water along bottom,
every few inches
Step 13:
Continue to roll along,
letting the top get looser
