DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR
DECORATORS WANTING TO STEP OUT
OF THEIR COMFORT ZONE? My advice
would be step right out! If you stay in
your comfort zone you can’t progress your
skills. You may fail the first few times trying
anything new (I certainly do) but each time
you learn and can try again as a better
decorator.
IS THERE A CAKE THAT’S BEEN ON
YOUR BUCKET LIST THAT YOU’RE YET
TO CREATE? There is an endless bucket
list of cakes that I update each day! I feel
like there will never be enough time in my
life to reach the end.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
WE’D LOVE TO SEE YOU BACK IN
AUSTRALIA FOR SOME CLASSES!
I CERTAINLY WANT TO BRANCH OUT
NEXT YEAR AND START VISITING MORE
SHOWS. I POTENTIALLY MAY TEACH
ONE OR TWO CLASSES FOR THE FIRST
TIME AND I’M WORKING ON A VERY
EXCITING VIDEO-BASED PROJECT.
I PLAN TO TAKE IT UP A GEAR IN 2020
AND BRING YOU BIGGER AND BETTER
