bow tie. Use sterilized

Indent halfway across

edge of your small
ruler and paint with
the metallic lustre dust
mixed with rose spirit.
Apply two coats. Glue
onto the braces 3cms
up from the bottom. Mark the centre of your
top tier with a toothpick
and insert the topper.
Do not push on the
fondant disc as it may
dislodge from the royal
icing. It is best to only
handle the lollipop stick.
Use pliers if necessary.
