Step 2:
I use a star tip to produce
a swirl, but you can
prepare your cupcake
however you prefer.
For this pansy I used a
pink, pink mixed loosely
with fushia and a touch of
sky blue, black (liquirice
with a touch of navy) and
melon yellow. For the
leaf I used a combination
of gooseberry and leaf
green.

Using the 104 rose tip
I repeat this three times
With the thick edge in
contact with the cupcake I
draw the tip round.

In order to get the
varigated look I have
used a mix of the pink
and the pink mix. Note. I
don’t over mix the colours.
I want it to be badly
mixed.

I combine the colours in
the piping bag, again,
not worrying about any
mixing.
