Use the cake scraper to
scrape the side of the
cake, until you achieve
your desired smoothness
Chill the cake for at
least two hours or until
buttercream is firm to
touch.
Step 11:
Unwrap the cling wrap,
remove lid and baking
paper. Carefully peel off
the cling wrap.
Your sharp and straight
edged buttercream cake
is completed and ready
for decoration!
