Step 1: Fit the piping nozzle to the piping bag, and fill the piping bag with frosting. Place your first cake layer in the centre of a cake board or cake stand. Starting from the edge of the cake, hold the piping bag straight and lightly squeeze so the frosting comes out dollop about the size of a ten cent coin, gently pull up. Repeat this process all way around the edge of the cake. Continue the piping process, by piping another row of ‘bobbles’ inside the one you have just piped. Keep doing this until the layer of cake is completely covered in bobbles. Step 2: Gently place the next layer of cake on top of the base layer topped with bobbles, and lightly press down.
