Step 4:
• Rectangle cookie cutter
• Cracked patterned stencil
• Knife for trimming dough
• Food writer
• Tan brown colored royal icing,

• Rubber stamps
• Airbrush
• Brown airbrush color
• Off-white colored royal icing,

Step 5:
Step 6:
Airbrush in a series of steps. Using
the cracked patterned stencil,
airbrush the cookie with the brown
food coloring.
You will need:
Flood the right side of the cookie
with the tan brown colored royal
icing. Allow the icing to set.
Flood the left side of the cookie
with the tan brown colored royal
icing. Allow the icing to dry 8-12
hours.
Using the brown airbrush color,
airbrush the entire cookie again.
Lightly cover the entire cookie and
add a heavier amount to the edges
and corners.
Airbrush the cookie again but focus
on the cracked stencil pattern
this time. Follow the pattern and
airbrush over it. You want the
stenciled pattern to be darker,
thicker and start to blend with the
rest of your wallet, so that it looks
like leather.
