the insurance industry since 2009, and has
been providing guarantees on plaster homes
since 2013.
Building Science Ltd are key developers of the
Liquid Cladding System, which is a CodeMarked
solution under the NZ building code for testing,
remediating, coating, and monitoring plaster
buildings, as a practical, proven and approved
alternative to recladding.
Building Science Ltd have a full time team of
experienced assessors, and painting and
waterproofing applicators working in both
Auckland and Wellington.
