the secrets of this ancient craft and the ability to
make delicious cheeses including queso blanco,
ricotta and farmer’s cheddar. The fee for this
class includes supplies. Each student must bring
a large stainless steel stock pot, big enough to
hold one gallon of milk, and a stainless steel
