this past labour day,
the 12th-annual Access
Communications Show n
Shine presented hundreds
of vintage vehicles from
car collectors across the
province. the event, one
of the premier shows in
Western Canada, also
serves as a fundraiser
for the regina and Area
food Bank. As the event’s
presenting sponsor, CAA
Saskatchewan was thrilled
to host the CAA family
fun Centre, where visitors
could sip cool nimbus
water in complimentary
CAA water bottles. more
than 6,000 spectators
soaked up the sun as
500 vehicles took centre
stage—and helped raise
over 560 pounds of food
and $28,656. Kevin dunn,
2018’s Saskatchewanderer,
visited with attendees
while taking time to
view the vintage cars
and motorcycles on
display. fred titanich,
president and Ceo of
CAA Saskatchewan
awarded the CAA Choice
Award to Jon Javorik of
Pilot Butte for his entry,
a 1971 dodge demon.

cream sandwiches
with marble Slab
Creamery. on
August 29, Pizza
Hut served 410 free
slices of pizza to
members across
the province. And
on october 11,
free popcorn was
handed out to
members at Kernels
locations. you
