Rose “Merry” Mule
A classic winter cocktail with a fresh twist
1 / 2 oz rosemary simple syrup
/ 2 oz fresh lime juice
1
1 oz cranberry juice
1 1 / 2 oz vodka
4 oz ginger beer
Simple syrup: Bring 1 cup
water to a boil; remove from
stove. add 1 cup of granulated
white sugar and two sprigs of
fresh rosemary. steep until cool;
remove rosemary. refrigerate up
to one week.
To mix: add all drink ingre-

dients to a copper mug filled
with ice; stir to combine. Garnish
with rosemary sprig, whole
cranberries and lime wedge.
