What do you want to know about this project?
C4C training course is focused on the development of communication and cooperation
competences. We will use non-formal methodologies and ICT tools to improve our
communication skills in order to apply in the international youth field, in daily
work mostly between youth workers and youngsters but as well between project managers
and trainers.
This project was based on needs analysis of 10 partner organisations that daily work
in youth field and expressed what knowledge, skills and attitudes are needed in order to be
successful at their work. Each partner chose 2 participants that will be part of the training
course.

Upon this, our team of trainers: Olga Kuczynska and Laris Guerri designed training
program that will include sessions about:
- Roots of communication and barriers of cooperation
- Feedback- basement for development
- Transactional analysis
- Assertiveness
- Nonviolent communication,
- ICT tools for communication
Online work has no boundaries- most of the preparation with Laris we did through
Skype and using Google Drive.
