The challenge is encouraging people to invest in green technology, like insulation- It may result in increased initial capital cost but benefits and savings are over the long term to the client. Construction Costs can span from $200.00-$1,000 per sq ft. Too many factors dictate the cost of a construction project. The difference between building on flat land and on a hillside could increase the cost by 15%.
